eziTracker™ is a real-time monitoring
and health and safety service for remote, lone and community-based
employees. eziTracker uses any standard touch-tone telephone to capture
information in a digital form that can be readily integrated
into work force management systems. Its most popular use is
to record the start and finish times of employees as they move
from client site to client site (eg. cleaning and home care
employees). The employee dials a 1800 number on arrival at the client
site and is prompted to enter his/her personal identification
number (PIN) and login. The employee follows a similar
process when they leave to logout. eziTracker identifies the employee via the PIN
that is entered; the client is identified by the telephone
number from which the 1800 call is made; and all transactions
are date & time stamped by the telephone company (eg. Telstra/Optus).
It can also be used to capture other information,
such as kilometres travelled, job codes, consumables used,
etc. Real time information on staff activity allows managers to
make staff accountable and to utilise resources effectively
and provide the best service possible to the customer.

eziAlert provides a structured process to notify managers
and supervisors when a scheduled event does not occur. When
an alert is triggered, eziTracker will advise the nominated
manager/s or supervisor/s via email and/or text (SMS) messages. The ‘no-show' alert is used to warn when an employee has not
arrived at the client by a specified time. The ‘no-go'
alert is used to warn when an employee has not left the client
by a specified time. eziAlert improves customer satisfaction by warning management
when a job has not started on time, improves health and safety
by warning when an employee has failed to leave a job and improves
employee monitoring by advising which employees are on-site.

eziVoice is a structured process that provides voice messaging
between employees and their managers and supervisors. It keeps a formal record of both original messages and employee
replies and is not dependant on knowing where employees are
located at any point in time or on making unnecessary calls
to find out. All communication is accessible via the Internet
in real time . eziVoice allows managers to record messages for individual
employees; multiple employees grouped by site, manager or branch
or for employees working on a particular site or job. Messages will be received by the relevant employee when that
employee next uses eziTracker to log in or
to log out. The employee cannot log in or out without listening
to a waiting message first. eziVoice improves communication with your employees and enables
them to provide feedback, when required.

eziTrackerNet is a secure web site that allows managers and
supervisors to have immediate access to information about their
employees working patterns. All information is password protected
so that a manager can only access information about his or
her employees. eziTrackerNet displays
the timesheet data that has been captured
by eziTracker within seconds of it being entered via the telephone
network. In addition, authorised users can view, create and update
employee and client information, as well as retrieve messages
and run reports. eziTrackerNet provides for easy comparison of budget to actual
times at each site and can be used as a management tool to
monitor employee performance.
