Crest Solutions will work with organisations
to analyse and document their business requirements. The benefit
of this analysis is that it assists in determining whether
the current system meets business requirements and in identifying
functional requirements that are not satisfied by the current
system.

Preparation of Documentation for Vendors
Crest Solutions will document and prioritise business, functional
and technical requirements in a clear and detailed manner through
either Request for Tender / Expression of Interest documentation
or other requirements documentation that may result in a less
rigid evaluation process.
Either approach allows all vendors to respond in a clear and
consistent manner.
If necessary, the privacy of the organisation seeking a new
system can be maintained.

Vendor Assessment
Crest
Solutions will conduct evaluations of vendors against criteria
provided by an organisation such as system functionality, reference
checks, help desk, print services etc. that ultimately will
enable an organisation to determine a “shortlist” of vendors.

System Assessment and Selection
Crest Solutions will assist organisations through the assessment
and selection process by developing demonstration scripts and
participating in the vendor demonstration process. This structured
process facilitates a consistent approach to all vendors throughout
this phase.

Implementation
When investing in any new system, it is imperative that the
chosen system actually delivers the functionality and benefits
for which it was selected and complements the way in which
the organisation operates.
Once the preferred system has been selected, Crest Solutions
will facilitate the running of a pilot process or system workshop
to ensure that all of the required system functionality is
provided and that the associated processes and procedures will
contribute to organisational efficiency.
